THE COLLECTION
Serenity Fine Jewelry by Susan Dunn is crafted in Fairmined 18-karat gold and set with ethically sourced diamonds of documented provenance. Expressed across four distinct collections—High Pavé, High Pure, Rain, and Signature—each piece is designed and made to order as a singular creation.
Each Fine Jewelry creation is available by private inquiry. Select INQUIRE on any piece to contact our Client
Services team directly. A personal advisor will respond to assist with selection, sizing, gold color — rose,
white, yellow, or tricolor — and all details of your order. Travel Cases may be purchased directly online.
Lead times vary by design and are specified on each product page. Your personal advisor will confirm the
production timeline at the time of your order and keep you informed throughout the process.
Custom production commences within seven days of order confirmation. Any modification or cancellation
request must be received within that seven-day period. As all Fine Jewelry is made to order, no returns or
exchanges are accepted once production has begun.
Your personal advisor will guide you through all sizing and gold color selections — rose, white, yellow, or
tricolor 18-karat gold — prior to confirming your order. Detailed size guidance is available upon request.
Susan Dunn Fine Jewelry bracelets are designed to be worn with a comfortable, elegant fit. Your personal
advisor will provide a sizing guide and assist you in selecting the correct length based on your wrist
measurement and preferred fit.
CLIENT SERVICES
All Fine Jewelry orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight Delivery. An adult signature is required upon receipt.
Travel Cases are shipped via FedEx Ground, with delivery in five to nine business days. Complimentary
shipping is provided on all orders. Delivery is available within the United States. International inquiries are
welcomed and handled privately by arrangement.
All transactions on susandunnfinejewelry.com are processed through a fully encrypted, secure payment
environment. International orders are accepted by wire transfer through private arrangement with your
personal advisor.
Each Susan Dunn Fine Jewelry creation is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and carries the Susan
Dunn hallmark. GIA certificates documenting individual diamond provenance are provided with each Rain
collection creation. Your personal advisor can provide full documentation upon request.
Your order may be delivered to your workplace and holiday residence. Susan Dunn Fine Jewelry does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, hospitals, freight forwarders or directly to UPS and FEDEX store locations. Please note that a signature from an adult will be requested at the time of delivery.
